You are looking for a counterweight for the Micro Seiki MR-711. Such a weight may be hard to come by, but it may not necessarily be so difficult to recreate.

If you can find the specs for the weight the people at the Audio Antiquary may be able to help. They are Italian and quite good with metal work.

Otherwise, you could look for an otherwise defunct MR-711 to function as a donor.
