Marantz Surround Receiver SR 73 - No audible Music

Have a near new Maranta a Surround Receiver SR 73 in great condition but not working.
Repair Tech stated that the main processor memory ?? is corrupted and unable to make repairs on the unit.
Melbourne Head Office does not support this model any further.
Can anyone please advise me on repairs ?
Happy to sell for parts
